Adsense and this one Funny thing
The Battle of the Bands poster’s finally printed… it’s gonna be posted in SM North EDSA, and some place else.
Anyway, funny cause we found two errors in the posters — so I had to “edit” it a bit, add “t” with a liquid eraser.. and presto, the poster’s okay now. hehehe. There’s always room for improvement, just have to learn from your mistakes — plus, correct them if you can.
More, Im getting my very first adsense payout tomorrow! Yey!!!
Forgiveness
Is it possible to forgive and forget?
Was browsing through the web, when this one quote struck me:
“To forgive is to set a prisoner free and discover that the prisoner was you.”- Lewis Smedes
That is sooooo right. Ive been into fights (am no war freak, just to clear) and i know how it feels when you’ve been wronged, or you’ve done someone wrong.. and you just keep it in. It feels heavy, lonely — maybe, like being in prison.
But, as I mature (forever young, hehe), I learned to forgive. Well, maybe cause am not really the type who gets mad for real… but, something in my life happened, and this made me learn to forgive.
Sometimes, the people who hurt us do not know what they are doing, so we need to understand… that’s what I learned. Imagine doing something for someone who caused you and your family a lot of pain… and doing it happily, isnt that forgiveness. This is what I did.. Now, i even learned to like that one person.
… and now that I know, everyday, I try not to be trapped. There’s courage in forgiveness — courage to love.
Dreams and Reality
Dreams really do come true..
I shared a chat with one of my friends, and found out one of her dreams has come true! Yey! It was surreal, yes, but it was really spiritual in a sense, cause my friend’s a “goody”… She’s active in church, in community service, stuff like that — so i know that she really is deserving of all the blessings that are coming her way.
It’s as if it was only a few days back when we’re together talking about life over lunch… talking about what we want to become, as far as work and well, other life’s aspect is concerned. Things happened and, as if gazillions of blessings in disguise, one thing led to another, and now, she’s on top of her game.. so proud of her!
anyway, i dont know if i could divulge it here, but i guess not, even if am so damn excited already… basta, it has something to do with being a fearless female. hehehe.
am so proud of her!
