College and Story Board
Ive been checking my old stuff, looking for old pictures, as one of my super friends, Riz, is asking for help — for me to check if I still have the story board pictures, and the film, we shot back in college. Mygulay, that was like ages ago, so as a dutiful friend, and luckily at that, I found the pictures which I sent to her. I have a feeling she’s a workshop facilitator at ABS. She writes for them, by the way.. one of the writers for Maging Sino Ka Man…
I didnt know we had that “dark” a taste cause our photo showed my college friends dressed as goons, raping and then torturing this other classmate of ours, who eventually commits suicide. Again, this is for a project, and is soooo not true — we’re peace-loving, God-fearing individuals who just happen to have a really morbid idea for a story board. The “classmate” who had the character that got tortured is now a stewardess.
I didnt find the videotape of our movie project, Wings of Dreams, though. It was with my barkada, Ryan.
Aww… makes me think of Joana, our lead in that film, and my close girlfriend.. She died about three years ago, of leukemia. Huhuhu..

The song’s one of my all time faves, I sing it a lot when we do ktv at home… love the song, love the melody, love it.. from Elvis, to Norah Jones, now to David Archuleta, the song never fails to mesmerize the hell out of me.. this is gonna be in my wedding song list! lol.
Nice move for him to sing the song — doing away from being ala-Disney, and subliminally asking America to love him tender and vote for him! American Idol youngest finalist David’s a wise guy, uses his charm to still be in the competition… really wise for someone so young.
